All designs, concepts, graphics, templates, and materials created by Maknee Designs are the intellectual property of the company
unless otherwise stated. Clients are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

At Maknee Designs, we offer digital invitations and related services. We do not sell or ship physical products. All orders are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout or via WhatsApp.

- You are at least 18 years of age or using the site with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

- You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

- You will not duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any content from this site without written permission.

- All prices are listed in INR.

- Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

We provide design proofs for approval before the final delivery. Minor revisions (maximum 2) are included in the package unless specified otherwise. Any additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you face issues receiving your order, contact us at makneedesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

We strive to meet the timelines communicated; however, delays due to revisions, late approvals, or external factors are not the responsibility of Maknee Designs.

Maknee Designs will not be liable for:

- Any loss or damage arising from delayed delivery, printing errors after approval or unauthorized use of our work.

- Technical failures, system errors or interruptions on our website or digital delivery platforms.

We may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
