All products sold on makneedesigns.com are digital in nature. Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

- All sales are final and non-refundable.

- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect email submission, or mistaken orders.

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

- You were charged more than once for the same order.

-You did not receive your digital file after a confirmed successful payment and our support team fails to deliver the product within 3 business days after being notified.

In such rare cases, contact us at makneedesign@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, with proof of payment and a clear
explanation of the issue.

Minor revisions (maximum 2) included in your package must be requested within the design phase. Additional or major changes after final approval may incur extra charges and cannot be grounds for refunds.
