All our products are digitally delivered. We do not ship any physical items. Upon purchase, your digital invitation(s) will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout or via WhatsApp.

Delivery Time: 48 hours after placing the order (depending on complexity & demand)
Format: High-resolution PDF, JPEG, MP4 or other agreed-upon formats.
Revisions: Minor changes can be made upon request before the final file is delivered (maximum 2)

If you lose your file or didn’t receive it, contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll happily resend the file to the original email provided during checkout.

As we offer only digital products, no shipping charges apply.
